Hijacking of womanhood.
In your true womanhood,
You were more than all the treasures in any war chess,
Now you leave me groping in the dark with a guess,
Unable to recognize you in this mess,
Take off that extreme feminist dress,
You steal and derail the initial noble cause of feminism,
Modern day woman,
Better education and better jobs,
But mostly sorry woman,
Along the way you crossed an endangering line,
Lost your womanhood and most which makes you woman,
You are now neither a woman nor a man,
And not a hermophrodite too,
It was the woman I married who made me feel like a husband,
Now I just feel like another ram in the house,
Locking long horns trying to drink from the same bowl,
Unbalanced feminism makes a woman less,
Reach your fullest potential but never at the price of your womanhood,
It is your most prized possession,
Your most potent charm,
Your greatest strength,
Shake off that extreme feminist dress,
I long to feel married again.

Hilarious poem. You sound so frustrated with the feminist. You have a good reason to, though. One can propagate a feminist cause without looking and thinking like a man. Each gender is unique in its own way and the goal should be to try to be our best in our natural form, without competing with the physical or emotional form of the other gender.
ReplyDeleteGreat read! I laughed all the way through. lol.
LOL Grande soeur - I am glad you could get a good laugh through the poem... I agree with you for there are many men who are feminists... I think it is a good movement which is stretched many times to a point that it endangers our women... and this world still needs them so direly :) :)hahah ...
